Instant Feedback
In large organizations, meetings consume vast amounts of time without a way to measure their value. Instant Feedback was created to answer a simple but expensive question: Are these meetings worth the time they take?
Designed as a modular layer in enterprise productivity and employee engagement systems, the product integrates directly with corporate calendars to capture structured, actionable feedback after every meeting.

• Captures instant feedback with minimal friction.
• Gives organizers clear insight into meeting value and relevance.
• Fits seamlessly into busy workflows without becoming another time-consuming tool.
• Frequent Participant: Needs a simple way to share feedback without adding to workload.
• Occasional Participant: Wants to ensure their time is used only where their expertise adds value.
• “Hard to tell if a meeting was worth the time.”
• “Giving feedback after every session feels like extra work unless it’s quick and simple.”
Agile sprints guided the product from concept to pilot. Early workshops mapped the core loop: meetings sync → feedback collected → reports generate insights.
Early Interaction Sketches
The design followed three principles: simplicity, speed, low cognitive load. Early sketches and wireframes explored the 3-step pattern: Home → Item (Meeting/People/Report) → Action (Give/Receive Feedback). Testing refined feedback options and notification frequency.
Compact Design System
• White Base: Clean, neutral, enterprise-safe canvas.
• Rainbow Feedback Colors: Friendly, modern, and gave the function itself the spotlight.
• Typography: Legible, quick to scan, low strain in busy contexts.
• Patterns: three step navigation to keep interactions efficient and respect time-sensitive workflows.
An experience built to serve, not add noise. Reduced interaction time to under 10 seconds per feedback, keeping the tool invisible until needed. Created a structured taxonomy of feedback types to provide both qualitative and quantitative insights.
From Feedback to Actionable Trends
Reports surfaced meeting relevance and effectiveness trends over time. Balanced analytical depth with simplicity to drive adoption at scale.
• 10% reduction in irrelevant meetings translates into hundreds of saved work hours per team per year.
• Created a reusable, scalable design system for enterprise deployment.
